Remuneration is settled individually with each Customer, taking into account the minimum fees set forth in a regulation of the Minister of Justice of September 28, 2002 on fees for barrister activities and incurred by the Treasury costs of unpaid legal help rendered ex officio (the Journal of Laws 02.163.1348) – as amended.

In case of a long-term co-operation contract, we settle a lump sum of monthly remuneration or an agreed rate for an hour of work.
